Pacl India — No payment and no answer about co.

I am the customer of pacl india ltd and live in kannauj (U. P.). My policy no. 1900012 dt. 16.08.2011 is running regularly. Before few month the agent denied th deposite the money and inform me that the company is not continue their business. And payment will returned to me in few months. But 4 month are about to complete no any information received me and the branch office in kannauj are closed regularly. So please tell me what to do. My name is harihar nath gupta.
