Pacl India — Non payment of investment on maturity

I have taken policy with PACL, with registration number - U[protected] dated 21/04/2009.
Whereas I have paid the all the installments & policy maturity date was[protected] for which I had submitted all the required documents to PACL Bhopal office on 03-11.2014.
Till now there is no response from PACL despite visiting and enquiring from Bhopal office many times.
Since I had invested my hard earned money believing on company's objectives for a better return, please arrange to return back my amount at the earliest.
