Pacl India — Non payment of policy amount after maturity

Sir,
We have taken policy from pearl insurance in the names of my wife (Preethy k policy no.-. U[protected], mother in law (Omana p u[protected] and my grand monther (Radha c) u[protected] for rs. 10000/- each from trichur branch, and your agency code[protected] and it was matured on 30/6/2014. We have remitted all premiums up to 30/6/2014 handed over all the documents to the company for making the payment to you. Unfortunately the company did not given any amount to us. The policy period period over more than two years. Hence i request you to give necessary action for the refund the money at the earliest.

We invests in PACL India as a policy and fixed deposits approximately rs.1, 35, 000/- but said companies staff says" refunds will be starts shortly" since last 15 months. Hence please inform us can it will be refunded before November, 2015.
