Pacl India — not getting the url link to the verified mobile number to upload the required documents

My name is someshwar m shintri, i am trying to upload my documents from last 35 days but i am not upload reqiured documents. I am not even able to receive the sms of the url path to upload my documents.
Hence request sebi team to resolve the concern on utmost priority.
Note: also i have close to 8 of my friends and relatives also facing the same issue.

Pls. help us reg refund to myself and my customers. hence i am a agent of pacl company i am facing a lot of problems. i can't face the society and could'nt answer my customers who belived me. it is very tough to survive in the society. so, pls. very very urgent . pls help us to get our money as soon as possible.
