Hi my name is vincent monteiro. I have submitted my pacl certificate and last premium paid receipt at mangalore pacl branch. I dobt have original certificate which i have already submitted and recived a small slip of buy pay back. I don't have xerox copy of pacl certifcate.. Hence now i can't apply through online for claim.

I have paid 1000rs per month about 5 years. I need to claim this amount. But i cant apply through online cz i have submitted all originals to pacl ofc in 2015

In PACL refund registration process are log in after 4th option is PACL receipt and number are not entered .

After login in 3 steps are successful but 4th step is not entered, why this problem, and how can I solve it.
Kindly tell me what happened please .

Web site is not responding i have uploaded all the documents but not able to submit the same and they have given last date to submit it as 30th April 2019 kindly help us is there any other way we can submit our application of refund as there is no response on helpline provided on there website nor website is responding. kindly do the need full.
