Pacl India — pacl registration and login issue

We just processed also with 2 applications but now it's showing this certification number does not exist, again tried to do registration also but same issue, i have tried total 10-11 application for certificate registration and for fill the form but showing same error for every 11 application "this certificate no does not exist as per our record", plz provide me solutions, there is only 1 month is left
