Pacl India — Payment against cancellation of plot booked-registration no.U[protected]

That plot was book through registration No.U[protected], against which 57 installment of Rs.240/= were paid, totaling Rs.15120/=, but I am no more interested in purchase of above plot, hence lodged claim with the company on 28/10/2015, for payment of principal and premium amount, payment in this regard has not yet been received.
