I am the policy bond holder for the year of 2011 in the name of
Biren kumar policy s. No. 2378509 registration no. U[protected] dt. 16/04/2011 and geeta s. No. 2378510 registration no. U[protected] dt. 16/04/2011 due on 2017. The premium paid upto 2014 regularly.

Unfortunately your office will be closed at koltaka branch. I contact your delhi branch for clarification they could not response properly.

So my humble request to you please clear the amount at an early date. The policy bond copy will be attached also for your ready reference. Kindly reply at an early sir.
