Pacl India — Policy made but didn't get refund

My father ch. venkatarao made a 2 policies and it matured 2 years back and he submitted documents for refund but still refund is not come and branch is also closed 1 year back

Please provide the information regarding judgement and the process for the refund
Please take action as fast as possible here so many members are facing same problem like this
Please help us.
