I have taken policy for my mother beena devi bhatnagar.

Monthly premium 730

As it s been around 7-8 years, and policy is getting matured i am not getting details about my money back.
Even agents who use to get premium and provide me reciept is saying company is not providing money.

I tried calling their delhi office contact but number is not valid.

What to do with them now.
Around rs 70000 has been stucked with them.
