PACL India Pvt Ltd — Policy expired but amount not yet received

I the Mrutyunjay Hiremath had Policy in PACL india pvt ltd. Policy was expired one and half year back and also surrendered the bond to Belgaum office, state Karnataka after policy got expired but still I have not get amount from the company. I have called several times but official authority saying that still case is in court we are not in possion to refund the said amount. Please look into this refund the amount as early as possible as I needed money. Policy No.U[protected]. Otherwise I will make case on you.
