Myself Bharat Suthar, living in Mumbai, Maharashtra . Having policy in PACL Limited, My policy No. U[protected] Dated. 29/06/2009. I paid Rs. 440.00 every month as a installment, last installment paid in 20/09/2013. My policy was matured in Sep.-2013. I submitted Original certificate and necessary documents with form in Nov-2013. After one month when i contact PACL branch, they did not give appropriate answer regarding that matter.
