Most urgently refund my payment

My mother have an insurance policy in pacl insurance ltd, (Policy number: u[protected] issue date[protected] expiry date[protected], policy matured 1 month before, still we didn't get the policy amount, our insurance agent always saying you will get the amount on next month, i am not satisfied your services, there is no proper website for tracking our policy, please try to solve my problem...
Please help me

As per above mention subject i have taken policy in PACL India Limited my Police no 5612279 in the mane of H R Narasimha Reddy this policy mutured on 13/06/2015 but still not get refund, Please do need full as early as possible
