My reg.no: U[protected] and date of commencement 27/09/2010.Expiry date of agreement 27/03/2016.Agency code:[protected].Agency unit code:[protected].CSC ode: 210.CSC name: Kollam. CSS no.F0048. Recipt no. F4955868.I have also gone to your center where i have started my policy but there are nobody present since 2 years.

Updated by Magi Thomas My name ia Magi Thomas and i am also a policy holder and i dint get any responses from any concerned persons till now since going to be two weeks hereafter. From the very first day of submitting this complaint i am getting too many phone calls from different states.i find it much irritating and disturbing as i am also a customer..please take necessary action and please give us the feedback for the complaints submitted
