Pacl India — refund policy payment

I am vandana atale. My husband mohan atale invested money from pacl.
Policy maturity in 2013. He is submited all document in jalgaon office 15/07/2017. But he is passed away in 17/11/2015 and then i want to the account is rename my name and give the help how can i do it.
So please help me as soon as possible and give the payment as well as benifit
