Pacl India — Refund status not known

I have submitted the claim application successfully.The PACL website shows that the status of claim application can be seen at their website (sebipaclrefund.co.in) however there is no such window which shows the claim status.The SEBI helpline number for PACL customers[protected] as mentioned in their website is non responsive.Kindly help to know my claim application status for amount upto Rs.7000/-

Updated by Santosh76% Till now the problem isn't resolved.Th status shows "resolved".Is website created only to fool people?
