Pacl India — registration & login error

I had registered my certificate numbers (Three). And, it was successful. But, when i was trying to login now to upload documents, it is not working.

When i am trying to login it shows "please register this pacl number."

When i try for re registration "this pacl number does not exist as per our records."

What should we do??

Where should i have complaint? And, it is only have one month to register, so when it will resolved?
