Respectfully to say that the following amount of money have deposited to pacl india ltd.

1. Sushil kumar das- regarding no. Vo76534950 w.E.F. 04/01/2012

Amount deposited-rs.11375 for 3 years which amounted to rs.34125.

2. Mrs reba das- regarding no. Vo76550660 w.E.F. 22/3/2012

Amount deposited-rs.30000 for 5 years period.

Both the above installment were applied for withdrawal on medical ground on 30/04/15 at lucknow branch hartzganj.
