I have paid total installments but still not i get maturity amount

When asking his agent about getting the money back, he replied that there is some case pending in court.

Hi Sir/Madam,
I have invested approx 280000 in PACL in the account of my family members under different different plans but still now I have not received any amount of money against maturity. I have also go to your center where I have started my policy but there are nobody present from a long time. Now pls let me know that how could i get my money back .
