PACL Limited — Company not refund money after complete policy

This is Anil kumar sharma & Sita devi & Nirmala Devi. They had Policy in PACL india pvt ltd. Policy was expired one year back and also agent came to my home and he collected original policy doc.he said after very fi the document you will get the money.but still I have not get amount from the company. I have called several times but official authority saying that still case is in court we are not in possion to refund the amount.
