PACL Limited — Epf not deposited.

Dear Sir, My Name is Bibhuti Bhusan Mob. No.[protected], I am facing issue regarding EPF, Having EPF A/c No- DL/18066/000/6358 I would like to inform you that my previous Organization – PACL Limited, has not deposited our PF money into the account since May 2014 to April 2015. Why EPF Department silence, why not take necessary action against PACL, Last three months My last working day at PACL Limited was 23rd April 2015. I have been following up with them on Phone / mails for my PF amount but there is no response from at PACL Limited, which is simply unethical & unprofessional. I am unable to claim my previous PF balances as PACL Limited has been sitting on our funds totally!! Along with me there are many of my other colleagues on the same issues. Please suggest how could be get things settled as it is our hard earned money. Kindly take action against this company.
