PACL Limited — Not refunded the pacl policy maturity amount

I am customer (Policy holder) of this pacl insurance.

My policy matured 2 years ago. But maturity amount not refunded.

I already submitted all documents, id proof, bond, etc...

When will i get my policy maturity cash.

Kumbakonam - branch office also closed for last 1 year.

Who is authority of this company?
