Dear Sir,

I Bibhuti Bhusan Barick Ex-Employee (Emp.Code- 26088) worked in Taxation Department Head office New Delhi. I would like to inform you that, I have resigned my job on Dated:-24/04/2015 but still my Full and Final amount Rs. 37000/- not received till date. many times remind to Mr. Raj Kumar (Manager Accounts) / Mr. Ambuj Gupta (D.G.M Taxation) Mr. Ritesh (Sr. Manager H.R) also D.P Kousik (D.G.M HR) he always told me our new Director stops the full and final payments, so we will wait for further Instruction of our new Director. However, he did not assure me when he pays my full and final Amount. It is already Two years over.

So kindly anybody help me in this regards to take what type of action taken against PACL Limited. to recover Rs. 37000/- with interest.
