Sub: - reminder request for release pending gratuity amount
Respected sir,
I am sonali mashalkar ex-employee of our organization .I have resigned my job on dated:-22/11/2014 & my employee code -22811 & designation: -sr. Asst in secunderabad divisional office in hyderabad.
I have worked last 9 years our organization.
I have received my full & final settlement details payment on dated[protected] but in that statement did not include my gratuity amount. We are forwarding to ho letter no-6269 dated-20/02/2015 for request for release pending gratuity amount. As per company rule with in two month release gratuity amount but now one & half year completed not given proper answer your side.
Please release my gratuity amount as earlier as possible.
