My name is nithin t shetty having investment with pacl reg.No.U[protected] issued dated[protected].As per terms said policy has been matured on dated[protected].I have submitted all required documents to ur branch off.At kundapura, udupi dist., karnataka state & for the same acknowledgement was recieved by me.But till date i have not recieved d amount.You are requested to please do the needfull urgently.Thanking u
