[Resolved]  Pacl — Non-receipt of payment on issue of cheque during jan/14 from tinsukia branch

Respected Sir, The following 03(three) depositors whose maturity was due on 31/8/2013 have not yet received their payment even after issuing of cheque on 9th January/2014 from PACL office of Tinsukia (Assam) . They are pressing hard for their payment. The details are as under :- 1. Shri Ram Awadh Prasad- Regd. No. U[protected] Dtd. 31/8/2007 vide Cheque No. 32054740 for Rs. 47, 554.00 ( 2) Smt. Kalawati Rai - U[protected] dtd, 31/8/2007 for Rs. 47, 554.00 vide cheque No.[protected] Miss Lung Ratan - U[protected] Dtd. 31.8.2007 for Rs. 47, 554.00 vide cheque No. 32054736 . The depositors are also demanding more interest from me after lapse of 3 months from the date of issue of cheque. So if your honour arrange to make payment immediately it will boost confident to other depositors and I will be safe to hear unparliamentary words from them.
