Pacl — Request for Reconsideration against Rejection of PACL Claim Application

Respected Sir,

With due respect, I submit that the undersigned had filed a claim application for refund of the investment made in PACL Ltd. under the prescribed procedure. The details are as follows:

Name of Investor: VIJAY KUMAR DADHICH

It is submitted that as per the “Application Status” displayed on the portal, my claim has been rejected/not processed on the ground that the concerned land has already been allotted as per the records of PACL Ltd.

In this regard, I most respectfully submit the following facts for your kind consideration:

That the investment made by me was purely a financial investment, and I have neither received any actual land allotment nor any physical possession or benefit thereof till date. Further, no communication (via email/SMS/letter, etc.) regarding such allotment has ever been received by me.
That the alleged “land allotment” reflected in the records of PACL Ltd. appears to be doubtful and requires an independent and impartial verification.
That I had duly complied with all the prescribed procedures and submitted all requisite documents within the stipulated time for refund; however, rejection of my claim solely on the basis of record entries, without any substantive evidence, is contrary to the Principles of Natural Justice.
That the investment was made out of my hard-earned money with a legitimate expectation of lawful returns, and denial of refund to a genuine investor like me is unjust, arbitrary, and against the settled principles of law.

In view of the above facts and in the interest of justice, I humbly request that:

(i) My claim application may kindly be reconsidered/reviewed;
(ii) The alleged land allotment may be independently verified; and
(iii) I may be treated as a genuine investor and granted refund in accordance with law.

I shall be highly obliged for your kind consideration.
