Padmini hair salon which is located in Paschim vihar Delhi subham enclave, had display offers on hair packages, I thought of taking two service but due to lack of time I thought to take Second service next day. Salon staff forced me to pay for both just because I thought & they clearly mention global hair is for 2k and ballyage for 3500rs, global was done and I clearly told them I wont be able to take the service due to time issue, they sounded very rude & loud on me saying Pay toh apko karna padega humne boss ko bol diya hai ki Mam do service lengey on this whole staff started yelling and I was emotionally hurt by the behavior. I had to pay 3500rs for global which not for global hair. They are cheating & attracting customer with the fake offers which they have displayed. The lady who was at counter told me yeh offer aab ni hai toh I said why have you displayed this is against the rules of service industry. Please look into the matter. Still they have not removed the offer board.
