Padmini Salon — Fraudulent and dangerous

I want to explain my entire experience in a comment firstly they kept stalking me pushing me to go for their services promising a good experience so after a month of time i decided to give them a try the staff was not trained well and rude enough to offend any good person, they increased the prices once i was in the salon saying that we don't follow the commercial. i went with a friend so we took a lot of services inculding hair colour and facials and botox, the bill was quite huge. i had asked for the quotation for prices before but still havent received them which is a joke in itself. now before the services my hair were in great health but after the botox treatment and the colour, they have died entirely, so the products used and the appliances were of the low grade quality, however i was not satisfied with the result not even blowdry was provided after the services. forgetting the crap services they provided throughout the entire time i was there i saw almost three customers in an argument with the owner over the bill and at my time they refused to take online payments without adding 18% extra on the bill. there was no mention of this before in any of the conversation from last month, then they agreed to take the original bill if we make the cash payment and off register billing is done. we girls were alone and they refused to let us leave to get help or even cash. i cannot fathom how horrible that experience was. i wish i could say that any of it can get better but it doesnt the owner is so rude and disrespectful. i hope i am able to save some ones time and money and above all the hair and skin. because it isnt the money that makes me bad but the damage my face and hair has from their fake products.
