Pagostore.in & India Games Bolo Magic — online recharge, paytm upi successful but recharge never get credited

I have recharge online game diamond for rs 599 through upi paytm which was successful and amount debited from my account but the order still pending. I tried their call support which they out on website but when i call them it was total different, the number was decathlon store and they claim that pagostore is nothing related to them. There is no way to get to them.
