Pai International — Complaint regarding sale of Demo product as New - Model: OLED55CXPTA

Hi Team,

As discussed with LG Service Centre, I would like to confirm the following details:Model No: OLED55CXPTA, Manufactured: Aug 2020, 1st Installation: Sep 2020 at Pai International as a DEMO product and Pai International sent Re-installation Request in Jan 2022 to LG Service.

My Concern:Pai International sold this product to me as a "Brand New" piece vide Invoice No. CHIN-3346 and Invoice Date[protected].

I request you to investigate this and help resolve the issue at the earliest, as I purchased the product believing it to be new.

Please resolve this at the earliest as the TV is not working properly now. Attached Invoice copy and TV model details for your reference.
