Harassment and undue charges claimed

Been a pai customer for over 2 decades now, registered a complaint with pai for a TV repair the technician visited was paid his service charge of rs 450 which was communicated by pai before sending technician, he took the TV to showroom saying it cannot be repaired at home, evening the technician calls and says approx repair charges would be rs 29000, so told him very clearly it's too expensive to spend so much on an old TV might as well...

lg tv late in installing

We had purchased lg tv from pai international vidyaranyapura.. They have been so careless to install the tv within given frame.. We have trying to call the call centre and help centre who are equally irresponsible to solve ur issue and ignores ur call

We are very dissapointed with the service from lg and pai international...

We purchased Samsung 4 door fridge from Pai International Marathalli Branch, Paid 98500/- with extended warranty of 1 year with 7000/-.

The fridge is bad piece and vegetables are getting fungus .

    Dear sir,

    With reference to the above subject, as we have purchased an 2 burner gas stove of prestige make from your showroom at vijayanagar 2nd stage, mysore 570020 on 11.01.2020 for the festival.
    On 15.01.2020 the festival day when we started cooking on the new stove, lot of yellow flame was coming and getting our vessels black, and there was no pressure, to get and 1/4 lts of milk to boil it takes min 25-30 min in the bigger burner itself, then kindly think for the small burner.
    We had compliant and your person has come and done some repair which was lived for only 10 minutes and the same problem is occurring and again we complained, but the service person not yet attended the fault, he says the jet has been faulty, it has to be change, but on multiple calls he has just skipping the dates that the material has not come, and i am here and i am there, i will come next week, and today when we called he says once again you register the compliant then i will come,
    Kindly send another service person to us and we have a doubt that he changes the material from the recycled stock, not the newer one.
    We are just disturbed by this for multiple times, kindly look into the matter and get us the solution permanently solved
    For this ugadhi festival we were planning to get an led tv from your show room but looking after this we has to hesitate to move on...

    Actually we have lot of faith in your house hold articles which were purchased from your showroom, but this time we are totally dis-appointed

    Kindly look in to the matter and resolve the issue or kindly replace the stove with another one.

      I purchased a new eureka forbes vacuum cleaner on thursday 5th march 2020 & 8 : 30 pm from pai international hrbr (7940) branch along with 1 year additional extended warranty.

      I unpacked the vacuum on sunday 8th march & was very excited to start using the vacuum.

      Unfortunately i found that there is a defect in the vacuum. The lid does not lock oneside resulting in no proper suction.

      I also observed an arrow mark drawn on the handle perhaps with a marker or a pen.

      It’s very surprising & it indicates that it’s a used vacuum cleaner.

      There is no visible external box damage.

      I have called pai helpline on[protected] & the executive told that they cannot replace the vacuum & advised to contact eureka hepline

      After requesting the executive raised a compliant & i later received a message with service request number # [protected].

      Since then no response from either pai or eureka forbes. I am stuck with a vacuum that i have paid for and can't use.

      Hello Anita,

      I received a replacement yesterday 19 th March 2020 under - Invoice # 0818034 || Service Request number # [protected]. unfortunately the replacement is also damaged.

      I have raised a new complaint again today 20th March 2020 .Service Request # [protected].

      I do not want a technican to repair manufacturing defect and neither want a replacement again... I want an upgrade or a refund .

        I purchased an lg refrigerator and and ac from pai international rr nagar, bangalore. After taking full payment they sent goons to deliver the refrigerator who came and forcibly dumped a refrigerator with full of scratches. The lg guy sitting in showroom by name kumar initially said please use the refrigerator for a day and tomorrow we will come and apply chemical to wipe the scratch. After a day showroom guys said lg company transport has issue and it is very common to get scratched refrigerators. Now they are saying they cannot replace since refrigerator is turned on. Where in it was the lg person sitting in showroom who asked us to turn it on. Very unprofessional experience and looks like pai international rr nagar have mastered the art to cheat customers by dumping damaged goods forcibly. So please be very careful.

          This is regarding my order invoice ecity-2454 dated 5th jan'20 placed at electronic city, neeladri which i was promised to be delivered by 20th jan'20 including a buffer of 5 days (Otherwise it would have been 15th jan'20). I paid 50% 11k of the amount and have not received my product. Everytime i could speak to manager charan, he is telling me different thing -
          1. 18th jan'20 - checking with warehouse, will confirm in 2hrs. No response.
          2. On trying from my different number at 11am 19th jan'20, response - not able to contact warehouse guy will confirm by 5pm today. No response.
          3. 20th jan'20, charan called me - sir your consignment is coming from chennai warehouse should be in 2 days.
          4. Today 23rd jan'20, tried 5-6 times no boady picked my phone, but it is ringing.

          I am writing here and will wait for my sofa till sat'25th jan, before taking legal action.

            Had purchased a queen size double cot from pain furnitures located in raghuvanahali on kanakapura road on 23td nov 2019. Had requested to deliver the next day and have the installation completed on monday, nov 25th post 6pm. This request was also updated in the invoice. Before placing the order, the manager in the front desk checked the warehouse for the stock availability and confirmed the delivery and installation date and time. However, in spite of personal and telephonic follow ups no one came for installation on monday evening post 6pm. We had leave office early to ensure someone was at home when folks turn up for installation. The installation folks came the next day for installation. However, to our surprise we found that one of the components related to the storage space was not delivered. He informed the warehouse and concerned people on the same. I got a call from warehouse informing me that if am available the next day and if they could send the missing material for installation. I had to change my office plans and work from home to accommodate this request. However, no one turned up till 3.30pm after which i called up few people in pai. I got a call from the warehouse and was informed that the material was not available and would be sent only on dec1st. This is really frustrating as a customer where promises are not adhered to and materials are shipped without all components available. However, payment was taken 100% when the order was placed. This is really unacceptable and not something you associate with a company like pai international. Kindly look into this complaint and do the needful at the earliest.

                Aug 15th we have taken lg washing machine and paid delivery charges of 200 rs however the delivery guy asking to pay extra 300 rs. We approached pai showroom in bn reddy on aug 16th but it was not useful. The area showroom manager (Raju) was not polite and raising his voice on us. I have attached his photo as well. It was worst experience with pai they don’t know how to behave with new customers.
                Just for 300rs out of 36000 worth of the product, you people are getting bad name to the shop. I would suggest to not to take in pai showroom.

                We have purchased air conditioner on 1st of feb 2020 they have installed on same day but installation guy has done incomplete work and we had got damaged peace. PCB problem sensor problem. Five days compleated till now no exchange we had ordered ac for my brother marriage purpose marriage will be with in one and half day. Please do needful help.

                    I have purchased Sony bravia kdl-43w800d IN[protected] in July 2016 at kukatapally, opp. Bjp office, hyderabad, with Sony company 1year warranty and pai International 2years extended warranty i.e., covers upto july2019..last month my tv is suddenly showing lines on display and I informed Sony and pai team.. They told it is not covered under insurance.. Job no. J91087797, dt. 11.06.19.. Pai charged 6000 for extended warranty at the time of purchase and TV cost 60000 and now repair estimation for 25000..how can i bear this.. I will file case against the pai International team.. For your kind information this is not a physical damage..

                      I have purchased an ac in pie electronics in abhyudaya nagar branch. They claimed that samsung guys comes for installation but there is no turn up. Once we got a call from installation team, they came to our home and said we need to pay 800 rupees. I wanted to ask pie that when on ac its written as installation @499 then why we need to pay 800 for that irrespective of the place where you need to put the ac. You have to take the responsibility for that, if it is like that you need to specify clearly that we will charge 800 if ac is located at these places in home. Please take this complaint to higher officials of pie and let me know the outcome. I have bills to complain a court case legally.

                        I have purchases a washing machine from pai electronics ramantapur branch in hyderabad on 15th jan 2019. During our conversation, the sales person had told that there is a cashback of 5% on all the transactions made through icici bacnk credits crads, and the cashback amount would be added to the card within 90 days from the date of transaction. I waited for more than 90 days and called the customer care of pai electronics, they instructed me to contact the icici bank customer care. When i spoke to icici bank customer care, they confirmed that the offer was active only till nov 11th 2018, and my transaction is not eligible for any cashback from the bank.

                        I have visited the pai electronics to discuss the same, they are now saying that that is not in their hands and i need to sort out with the bank itself.

                        I realized that i was cheated by pai electronics as they made me buy the product showing the false cashback offer (Which they must have known that it was already expired).

My only request is to replace the cooler with a working one "or"repairs the same once and give me a 50% discount on the product which i have purchased.

                            Purchased 5 lg inverters, one of them has been problematic since the beginning and it has not been repaired or replaced. Its been over a year since the complaint with the store (Indiranagar) and mr sandeep has been out of station over the past year and has not found time to look into it. Why do you sell products if you cannot provide responsible service. Kindly repair or replace the inverter we are tired of calling the person on every day basis.

                              I had purchased samsung refirgerator from pai electronic kundapura as on 2013, after few year as on 27/4/18 we got problem that is not cooling given complaint at authorised service centre tvs electronic at udupi, came cheked taken back to udupi service centre replaced the top chamber again brought to house after one day we found abnormal sound & low cooling in refrigerator again informed to udupi branch head but they told is common, acutually we are not satisfied on repair becoz facing abnormal sound in unit, but we managed after one year problem repeated and improper cooling started, so again we contacted samsung service centre (Dealer tvs electronics ltd) they told leaking slowly, we know that work was not done properly at first time service now we are asking for good will service due to repeated problem, it was not customer mistake, dealer service person not properly done the job, i am very unhappy about service and product, after purchasing within 4 years we faced problem, not not getting service on time or poor quality service from authorised service dealer, service dealer not having facility to carry requied repair kit like nitrogen gas for leak test to our place and for repair we have to carry our product from kundapura to udupi 40km distence which damages our product, in future nobody will show interest to buy your samsung product (Home appliences) and one unsatisfied customer can give bad feedback to others which multiflies cause bad impression on brand so we request once again to give advice to your authorised samsung service centre tvs electronics ltd at udupi to give service on the basis of good will for thier repeated mistake deatils given below.

                              We purchased from pai electronic so you have to support your customer to get the work done and otherwise in future customer will think before purcahsing product from your side, with 4 year your product got problem also not given proper service by service dealer, fo repeated work asking once again to bare money by them we spent 50 % of money on service of invoice rate of refrigerator they samsung service centre doesnt had facility or repair kit to attend small at customer place need to focus on our complaint by you.

But i did not receive at no cost emi option for my transaction. I need a justice for the same and also looking for the amount paid for the which was taken from my emi.
