Been a pai customer for over 2 decades now, registered a complaint with pai for a TV repair the technician visited was paid his service charge of rs 450 which was communicated by pai before sending technician, he took the TV to showroom saying it cannot be repaired at home, evening the technician calls and says approx repair charges would be rs 29000, so told him very clearly it's too expensive to spend so much on an old TV might as well buy a new TV in sometime and return the TV which was taken and re installed at home, for this the technician said we need to pay rs 800 as transportation charges or wait for a week to deliver the TV back without paying any charges or should go to their showroom or centre and pick up TV myself in person, this was shocking response why was this not conveyed earlier ?? thr only charges to be paid communicated by pai was rs 450 and not any other charges, the behavior on phone was utterly bad do not expect this kind of service with such an esteemed organisation and with whom had more than 20 years of relation ship, need help in resolving this.
