Hi my dad is expired and my mom is housewife. They are jointly having 1000 shares of pal peugeot company. The company should inform us that we are winding up of the company. So we can return to them .or we can sell them. I just want to Hindustain Proteins limited oand unity steels limited company name is changed or suspened or delisted. I am having Shares of PAL-PEUGEOT, 300 numbers on my name & 200 nos on my name. The company is now no more. But how I can claim the refund for the same and from whom ?

I am holding physical 400 shares of PAL-PEUGEOT LTD certificate nos. from 518555 to 518558. It seems some of the company’s properties are getting sold. Kindly include my complaint to claim so as to settle the portion of amount by appropriate authority viz. official liquidator/court/settlement of claims and guide me to receive, proportionately.
