I hold 600 shares of pal peugeot ltd (PPS006250) shares, but this name of the company does not exist in stock market, now what to do with the shares I hold, and do let me know the status of the company does it changes the name of the company or it merged to some other company.

Pal Peugeot 309 booked in 1996 with Vivek automobile New Delhi Authorised dealer of the Co .Many letters written no reply.Even I sent a notice to the HO in France.Co told we have no connection with Indian manufacturer.

I am holding physical 400 shares of PAL-PEUGEOT LTD certificate nos. from 518555 to 518558. It seems some of the company’s properties are getting sold. I dont understand why consumer complaints are not taking any action till now even after sending complaints by huge customers.

I had booked my Pal Peugeot Ltd in the 27-Feb- 1996 and control number. for the same was 58215. I have sent numerous written & blog communication to the organization but no action has been taken yet.
I am holding of 10000 Rupees Debentures of Part A of Rs. 50 Each
I just want to know how can I recover my money.
I need money from this debentures and shares.

We are holding 300 shares and 110 debentures of pal peugeot ltd vide foilio no: PPS004665, we have wriiten to the mergered company kalyan but from there no reply, please tell how to get the new share certitifcate and and also the status of the 110 debentures held

Pal Peugeot shares which we holding has no value today even we do not know what is happening. Such promoters should not be permitted to do the business in India. Even Doshi's should be banned to do any business. If they are doing any business that should be banned.

I am holding 1200 shares of PAL-PEUGEOT shares and my wife also having 1200 shares.
The allotment date is 15/04/1996.

Since then no communication from the company about AGMs, performance and dividends. The company also not quoting in the stock markets.

Kindly help us to get our hard money back. We paid a total of Rs. 24, 000 a big money during 1996.

I booked a car with Pal Peugeot Ltd by depositing Rs 25,000.00. The company has notrefunded the booking amount. I had filed a case with MRTP and an award in my favour was passed in 2004. the Company has not refunded the amount despite the MRTP order. Kindly advise.
