Palav Trends — misrepresentation in selling products

I had ordered a cream and red lehenga amounting to rs. 1, 999/- from this company named palav trends on cod basis and paid the amount. They had return policy and the product can be returned, in case it is not up to the mark or not satisfactory. When the lehenga was delivered, the fabric quality was found to be very cheap and not up-to the mark as shown in images. Now, i am trying to contact them through instagram, whatsapp, facebook, gmail, calls etc, no response or revert is there from their side. This is a totally fraud company. Please take prompt action and help me in getting my refund as soon as possible.
