I had ordered a product (Lehenga) amounting to INR1799/- on 12/Aug/2019 from this company on COD basis and received completely a different item on 19/Aug/2019. When I enquired them regarding return policy before placing the order, they assured me that the product can be returned, in case it is not up to the mark or not satisfactory. When the product was delivered, the fabric quality was found to be very cheap & design was not according to the one shown in the image selected by me for ordering. Now, i am trying to contact them through instagram, whatsapp, facebook, gmail, calls, no response or revert is there from their side. This is a totally fraud company. Please take prompt action and help me in getting my refund as soon as possible.
