Palghar Cyber Cell — Internet crime no response

Sir,
I had registered a complaint with Palghar Cyber Cell for stealing of my money 16400 on 16September 2020 from my mobile bank account using me Debit card. My acknowledgement number is [protected].Till today although it is more than 6 months there has been no respose. I only received an SMS long time back that my compliant is accepted. I had lodged lot of complaints to the Prime Minister's office but of no avail. If you call up Palghar some body is so rude and says to approach the police station. Of this is the case why there should be a separate cyber cell? They are not willing to work. And the PMs office is supporting them. What is the solution?
