Pampers — New born baby item

As I have ordered an item it's an open box delivery on 22nd of October which was suppose to deliver to the address on 30th of October which was an assured item is delayed 4 days more on 3rd of November .. I'm a regular customer most of the month almost more that 10 items I'm buying. In October itself I have brought for More than 8k. In my last order which I mentioned as OBD item. On the 3rd of November I was available when the delivery arrived.. So I requested the agent to come next day. Then asked the OTP.. All the delivery agent everytime asking otp before when they arrive. After the agent hang the call and he dropped on the door step without opening and verifying or informing me. So I'm worried to open the package cause is there any damage in that package. I have called the customer service and they told me to open and check the package... There is a cover is torn in 2 place and there is dust particles which can cause allergies. There was 2 pack in that 1 pack is okay. Kindly replace the item or allow to return
