Your PAN card was dispatched on August 18, 2011 through FFCL courier (AWB [protected]) the same was returned undeliverd with reason - Consignee not available.

Your PAN card was redispatched on September 9, 2011 through Speed Post (EM[protected]IN) and has not been returned undeliverd.

Kindly check the status with your local post office.

I have applied New PAN Card on 16th July, 2012 acknowledgement No. [protected] in the name of Mr. Priyan S/o. Sh. Madhi Yalagan residing at New Delhi but, I have not recd. till date. As per your record says already dispatched on 27-Jul-2012 through Expressit Logistics Worldwide Ltd. courier vide airway bill no. [protected]. I have alredy talk to that Courier in Mumbai he says your courier is return reason is address incomplete..
