[Resolved]  Pan Card — pan card not received

Dear sir/mam
I have not received my PAN card.

My name is Pradeep Tripathi, S/o Mr. Jay Narayan Tripathi
Date of Birth--19/May/1986.
Address-- 8 III 310, Obra Colony, Obra Sonebhadra.

And also I want to make some changes in my Pan Card details like
APPLICANT NAME and NAME on CARD both are Pradeep Tripathi But i want to replace it with Pradeep Kumar Tripathi.

Pan card — still not received my pan card

on above matter i have not received pan card till now. pan card deptt. alloted me pan no.& they shows dispatch date of pan card[protected]. but i did not received above pan card till today date[protected].

Pan Card NOt received
Although our PAN card was dispatched on12-Sep-2008, it is not yet recieved.
Our PAN no is AADCG2334F

The tin website status says

" Your PAN card was returned undelivered to NSDL. The reason for non-delivery as specified by the courier agency is 'Consignee was not available'. The same has been re-dispatched by post on 12-Sep-2008 at the address for communication* indicated by you in the application."

Please do the needful ASAP.

i have been applied for pan card on 28/08/08, but till now i have not recieved my pan card number, i use to do regular query on given web site for the pan card umber but there is no result found.

Although my PAN card has been dispatched on 12-sep-2008 by Overnite Express Ltd. courier vide airway bill no. [protected]. but the service of this courier company is so bad that till now it has not been revived.
I am sending my communication address and requesting to send it by post because i need to file the ITR-1 for assessment year[protected]
