SIR,
I HAVE SUBMITTED APPLICATION FORM FOR THE ISSUE OF PAN CARD ON 18 DEC 2008. I GOT TWO SMS FROM UTITSL ON 12/01/2009 AND 16/01/2009 RESPECTIVELY .TILL DATE NOR ANY COMMUNICATION NOR PAN CARD IS SENT TO ME. BECAUSE OF THIS I AM UNABLE TO CARRY OUT MANY OF MY PERSONAL NECESSITIES.

My PAN Card no is CEGPS9041K which I have got information on 10th Feb.2009 by SMS but till now I have not received.
