This is to inform you that the status of pan card no.BHAPK3356B is showing 'Dispatched' on website from two months, but its not yet delivered on the mentioned address in application to till date and its acknowledgement no. is [protected]. Please do the needful.

Pan Card — Change of DOB

Dear Sir/Mam,

My pan card no is CCIPS4080A, and mention date of brith is 25/07/1975 in place of 25/06/1975
This is the wrong DOB mention in my PAN card, I am also summited my 10th class mark sheet as a proof of DOB, I am sending scaned copy of my mark sheet,

Pls help to change my DOB in my PAN card, and sending updated PAN card..

My PAN card has been delivered on 07/04/2009 to expressit logistics worldwide ltd by i have yet not received my PAN Card. I am from Alwar and no office of this courier is their in my city and therefore i am unable to get any help. I hope you will look into my problem and will try to solve it.

i have applied for a pan card on 15 March 2009

i have not received yet my pan card.the nsdl tin facilitation centre tells me that my pan card is delivered
two times but return to NSDL due to non availability of consignee...

Pan Card — wrong surname in your letter

My PAN CARD No is ABPPU6943E . In PAN card the correct surname as Subbiah (my father's name) is printed. But in your letter enclosing the PAN card the surname was wrongly mentioned as "Sundaram" Umayal.It should be " Subbiah Umayal" .Kindly correct your record.
