Pan Service Centre — pan card

I have lost my pan card and hence applied for pan card online.
Paid fees of 499/-
Had to send address proof and physical copy to the address said
Sent it and shows as delivered as well.
However when i try tracking the status - shows as physical copy not received
It has been more than a week.
Sent an email to the relevant pan online support email address - no response
Number given in the website shows switched off.
Please assist in getting an update and pan card as well.
