I Purchase Eluga A2 mobile from Pravin enterprises MI road Jaipur on 05 Sep 16. In the month of May & June 17 twice I complain to your service center regarding less incoming speech. They told receiver problem. They did something and return to me saying this much sound only will come. Afterwards there was no signal in Sim 1 slot & I was out of station. I went to your service station after being back to Jaipur and complain the same on 19 jun 17. They raised the Job Sheet (RVSRN1706AAM00197) and told that for mother board changing it will go to some where and will be return after 15 days.Today (05 Jul 17) I received back the mobile with all correct except the same receiver problem. They just clean the receiver and told that this much can be done. But the problem still exist. Was this information helpful? |
