[Resolved] Panasonic Mobile Eluga A2 — panasonic eluga a2 not working even after 2 unsuccessful repair attempts | |||||
I had purchased panasonic eluga a2 from snapdeal 6-7 months back. Within 4-5 months of purchase it started giving the problem, it was not working without being plugged to a charger. Took it to mobicare (In kolkata) who are authorized service center for panasonic mobiles. They took about a month & handed over the mobile to us telling that its repaired now. It worked for 2-3 days, but again the same problem was observed, the mobile was not working without a charger. We used it like that for a while (10-15 days) and took it back to them. This time again they took around 25 days and handed over it to us. This time it worked properly for a day. And yes it again stopped working. And the big thing is this time it does not work even with the charged plugged in. When we called the service center mobicare, they told us to give it back to them and they will see how they can get the issue fixed. I am seriously frustated with this now & need some real help.
