Panasonic Mobile — Fraud | |||
Hello Sir/madam, This is to bring into your notice a case of pure fraud and cheating your company(service centre) is indulging in. I bought a Panasonic mobile smart phone /T31 on 26th November 2014, Jammu, J&K. Some problem occurred on 6th November 2015(second time) and I gave it to your service centre situated in Jewel, Jammu. The service centre kept me waiting for long 48 days and I received my phone on 24th December. Now when I finally received it after such a long wait and repeated visits to the service centre, not mentioning the inconvenience, it again crashed a day later. The same issue for which I gave the mobile for long seven weeks occurred again. Now, when I am over with my warranty and you stretched the service time(seven weeks), I want a compensation for the same. Your representatives intentionally kept the mobile with them for a period that expires my warranty period and then you don't even correct the problem which occurred during warranty period. This is pure cheating and fraud. Ps : I bought phone from a shop situated on shalamar road, Jammu on the name Rajesh Kumar.I talked to your customer care executive and he did not have any help to offer.I demand an early reply/solution or else I may have to resort to provisions of "cheat and fraud" consumer protection act.
