I bought a new refrigerator of panasonic which cost around 50, 000 inr. But within one month it stopped working. After a long time calling & waiting they came and repaired it. After 10 days now its not working again... Still we are calling and calling but nobody responds & we are suffering a lot without it. More over we have lost a lots off stuff we kept in our fridge. Now what should i do? I really need a replacement or need my money back.. We don't have time to follow these people always...

I complained about microwave touch pad 5/08/2019 not working. Person mr. Rajesh holding mobile number [protected] taken all invoice no picture etc.. We followed regarding this complain many times but no reply saying they will revert back to us. Today i called again above person rajesh mobile number he stated to ask same questions saying that warrenty i told him he has taken all details during his last visit and i also said why he don't follow up complain he says he don't remember. He also says he don't come henceforth and do whatever i want. I really surprised how these people work this organization....

Registered complaint for fridge while under warranty. Fridge gets switch off automatically and all the stuff inside gets spoiler. Mechanics and engineers visited and everytime they tried to explain issue and did not resolved the issue.
I did not close the complaint and never signed on the complaint closure form since was not satisfied because problem was not resolved.
Company automatically closed complaint on their own and now since my fridge is out of warranty they are asking me to pay.

It's a fraud company....

I had purchased a LED television of Panasonic having model TH-28D400DX through online option on 08/01/2018. After some time in April 2018 it's sound disappeared suddenly however picture quality was quite fine.I lodged a complaint in service centre. The technician came and confirmed that it's mother board has some problem and it is to be changed. I further contacted the service centre and further an engineer from Patna came. I purchased panasonic juicer mixer grinder, few months back n since beginning only all jars except the juicer jar are leaking/overflowing, as soon as i start the appliance. Almost in every time use it spoils my clothes and kitchen.
I bought ur product, in spite it being the most expensive, but performance is no where close to price, much cheaper products are offering much better quality.
Pls either replace the jars or send someone for repair....

This is regarding the panasonic inverter ac purchased an year back but since then we are facing one or the other issues. If i talk about the recent problem i am undergoing is the timer blink and doesn't allow compressor to work. The error code is h11 which say indoor & outdoor device communication problem. When technician visited, they first checked the indoor pcb and replaced it but still problem exist. Later they realized that the fan motor is faulty and they placed an order for the part replacement. Please note that i had lodged a complaint regarding my panasonic tv on 24.05.2019 to which mr rishi came and did the needful of repairing it and i have paid full charges.

After two weeks the tv stopped working again and i made many calls to mr. Rishi, he seemed too busy to either respond or was out of station (That’s what he said once on phone).

Problem is, out door unit's pcb board crashed, panasonic agent visited yesterday and says now it will be chargeble near about approx 10000 to 12000/- for replacement the out-door pcb board. It is only 1 year 2 months age of the product.
I think panasonic should take care of this,
It is huge investment for a new ac. Company should provide this replacement...

We contacted the service people on23 05 2019 they checked & said gas has to be filled, after nearly a week on29 05 2019 one technician by name Prasant&filled the gas . Soon after 5 days the fridge did not work properly
I again called the technician & he ( Prasant) came again & found out that the defrost fan was not working he took that fan & gave it to the service Center to order a new one I had to call hum teen times to the service people to know when that fan would come no responsible answer from them but today[protected] one technician by name Sridhar came with wrong fan we are suffering...

I purchased a Panasonic Water filter and I was charged Rs.22, 000. Since the day I purchased I am facing problems and even after several requests nobody seems to show any interest in solving my problem.

Once motor was replaced after several requests and now water is over flowing which problem is not looked in to even after several requests and complaints.

If such a reputed firm behaves like this whom should we believe....

I had purchased a Panasonic Eluga Ray 700 smart phone on[protected]. During first 10 months for 3 months my phone was in you service center only due to problem in my phone.
First during june-2018 ending the problem raised Even if the phone is in Normal Profile & Ringer volume is high it doesn't ring when someone calls & even videos don't get played. They kept it in service center for 20 days yet after 1 week same problem raised & then after I had given it in service center but no results the problem remaied the same. It is regret to inform your that more than 48 hrs has been passed till now no Tech./service engineer contacted.
