AC Service not carried out

We purchased the above AC 11 months back- and till now not 1 service has been carried out despite the promise when buying- of 3 free services. No response to mailed complaint to service head of Panasonic India for 5 days

Greetings,
On May 3rd, myself wrote to service head of Panasonic India regarding non-performance of captioned air conditioner model CS-ZU24ZKYF, product code-POS-AC INVERTER W/O PCB 4Y, set serial no 233PRJEDZU01733, AIRCON INVERTER 2.0 TON, purchase date 17/06/23.
Also having extended warranty coverage for 48 months. Vide contract no P12103729.
Myself is not satisfied with the performance of the product this summer....

On March 31, 2024, I purchased a Panasonic 7-in-1 inverter AC on Flipkart from the seller. The product was delivered within two days and installed by the technician. However, the product stopped working the same day. I then filed a complaint with Flipkart via their customer support line. After a day, a technician came to check the product and informed me that the compressor of the AC was damaged. I was told that I should contact the seller for a replacement. I did the same and Flipkart asked me for the product picture and package box picture. I sent them all the details. After that, there was no response from either Flipkart or Panasonic. I asked for a refund, but they refused. I called multiple times, but they haven't taken any action. I spoke to Panasonic support and they said that our seniour would call me soon. After over 10 days, no one has taken any action. Please help me to resolve this problem as soon as possible. I paid 1450 rupees for the product and installation fees.

    My name is Pritpal Singh, I bought this one on 06/04/2023 whose shop name is Sargam Electronic which is in Jharkhand Jamshedpur. Service has been done 10-12 times since 06/04/2023, I am still not satisfied with this service, my air conditioner is still not working and My air conditioner is not cooling and making strange noises.

    My warranty is also about to end and no solution has been found till now. I have to change this air conditioner and get a new AC. Because if I do this service now then the problem will come after 2-3 days, so change my air conditioner. If I do not get any response to this mail or do not get any solution then I will file a police case against your company. I will also upload the review of your company on social media because I have complained many times both online and offline and this is my last complaint.

      Panasonic team is unable to provide me with the EWC for the Panasonic Microwave Oven. Also they failed to provide me with an alert before the expiry of the first year warranty. Additionally, they refuse to consider my GST number for taxation purposes. They are not replying my calls for the correction in the address. Where do I purchase warranty

        The mixer MX-AC-400 I bought is not working within 5 months. It was procured through Vasant & Co, Chennai, a dealer but warranty card is without the dealer seal. Though the serial number clearly indicates the manufacturing year as 2023 and the scan code clearly shows that the product is registered in their website, the mixer is not being serviced. I am being charged for spare part replacement. Ridiculous. First of all the product is bad and service terms are worse.

          We have bought 43 inches Smart TV from the Girias, RA puram Chennai showroom in the month of January. Within one week we had issue in the audio. Service person came to fix the issue and the issue was not resolved but we have got the a line in the panel which is additional issue. Again we have raised the issue the service person changed the panel and no action has been taken against the audio. TV is not even one year old but we have raised the complaint several times. We have issue in the video as well now. The service person has changed the motherboard and promised that the issue will be resolved but it is not resolved yet.

          We are asking for replacement. But the service person coming home every time saying that please give us one more chance to fix the issue. In few months our warranty is getting over. Tired of calling the showroom person. Everyday we are taking the video and sending to the showroom person but no action taken.

          It is the worst decision we have taken to purchase the Panasonic brand. Had very bad experience.

            I have purchased Panasonic Split AC 1.5 ton (HU18ZKFF5) on 22 june 2023 Invoice No - 729 from Unique Enterprises Malviya Nagar New Delhi -10017.
            After the installation I have been facing the issue of Noises from the AC and have made many complaints regarding this issue to your service centre . After multiple visits from your service centre there has been no action taken till date. On the last visit I was told that the outer cover and two swing/ fan motors had to be replaced to sort this issue out.
            Please note that this is a highest model of 2023 and i purchased it keeping the brand value in mind but my experience with panasonic has been pathetic and unsatisfactory and your service levels and quality of service engineers are of low calibre and since starting i have been complaining on this issue to Mr.ganpati aircon/Raghu service head vasant kunj phone no. ([protected]).From past 3.5 months he has been assuring that he will get this inner unit replaced as this issue has arised since starting after the purchase of this product.
            Every time I have given a false assurance of getting the issue resolved but no action is taken by him till date. From past 1.5 months he has stopped responding to my calls
            sir, please tell me after spending so much money i have been sold with a faulty unit and this should be replaced on an urgent basis and this issue has already been highlighted to unique enterprises earlier.
            I request you to please get this issue resolved asap with a replacement of the product or the inner unit.

              Anchor Penta Switches Worst Quality

              I am writing to express my extreme frustration with the anchor Penta switches I purchased. It's disappointing to report that these switches have consistently been defective, breaking down every three months. This recurring issue has not only inconvenienced me but has also resulted in additional expenses for replacements and repairs.

                This complaint is with regards to the fraud and liars in Panasonic Call centre team. Specially Mr.Babloo Jaiswal and Mr.Devrath Mongia who denied help and cooperation and when asked to transfer the call to seniors, they lied that position of the senior is vacant, also told that other senior had left the job, which is utter lies and such annoying behavior in service industry is not at allacceptable.
                Mr.Babloo Jaiswal and Mr.Devrath Mongia should be taken to task immediately for cheating customers. Such liars are a blackmark to the company and there is absolutely no response to any of my emails to the escalation desk. Please help.

                  I purchased a Panasonic Air conditioner from Diamond Electronics, Aishbagh road Lucknow showroomon March 2022. Here are all the basic details of the product and its purchase:

                  Name of the Product: Panasonic 1.5 ton AC
                  Bill Number: 2198

                  I am facing problems with the product from starting, its started issue in its 1st year under warranty when its stopped cooling. The service center picked up the AC outdoor unit and updated that there was a manufacturing problem and they fixed it.

                  Now again in 2nd year its started issue with the cooling. I am very disappointing with the performance of the AC. I would either like to get the product checked thoroughly or replaced otherwise in future every year my duty will be to get AC repair. I have been using other brands of AC as well but never faced an issue like this.

                    With regards to my Panasonic TV 43 inch which we bought on 18th Aug 2020. There was an issue in the tv display in the month of 28th Dec 2021. The TV was replaced because we had warranty till 18th Aug 2023.We are highly disappointed with the TV service and your customer support.
                    We requested an extended warranty but they denied.Your panasonic team had not updated the new serial number.We have raised case R[protected] on 1st August 2023 because again we are facing the issues in new television.We are taking follow up from last 15 days but we are not getting proper response from your team. There was a lot of miscommunication and lots of misguidance.We are highly disappointed with your pathetic services.
                    We are requesting you to extend our TV warranty and give proper service (free of cost ) for this new issue with the TV as the warranty period last date is 18th August 2023.

                    Please find attached documents for your reference.

                    2) Replacment TV chalan Details. ( old serial number and new serial number )

                    Today (17/08/2023) my LED TV's warranty expires.From the last 25 days I am taking follow up but there is no solution.

                              Complain for fully automatic washing machine

                              I purchased a fully automatic washing machine around November 2020. Recently I am facing issues with hanging and stopping the machine. I have filed many complaints and time by time-resolved but again new issue arise. My last complaint starts on July 25th, 2023 with the status that some parts to change, and till today, that work is not completed.

                              I purchased a MW Oven which was delivered on 24/Jul/23.

                              I called [protected] for a demo & they provided me request number D[protected].
                              Shortly a technician called me and informed me that the product is not under free demo, and of i need a demo they will charge for ₹300/-.
                              I agreed to pay the charge & asked for the chargeable demo.
                              Now I am receiving the feedback in the Panasonic Whatsapp Handle that my request number D[protected] is cancelled due to customer not available at home.

                              Please clarify where is the gap???
                              Why Panasonic replying that request cancelled due to customer not available whereas they completed the request with charging unethically???
