Hello panasonic, we have bought panasonic ac on jan 1st, 2018. We are residing in perungudi, chennai. We had done only 2 general free service so far. For 3rd service we registered in customer care on jan 11th, 2019. Today 12th jan, the technician came and said the coil has rust and there are several leakage inside the indoor unit, and would charge rs 4000/. Just because our warranty has ended on jan 1st 2019 which is 10days before. When we escalated to customer care, since rusting wouldn't have caused in last 10days and to cover it under warranty they are deviating the reason. Now they are saying...

We had purchased a commercial plasma display panel (Tv) for our office about a 1-2 months back. About 20 days back, the display panel stopped working and we put up a service request. And, come to think of it - this is a commercial product that is supposed to run almost 24 x 7

Whilst the service guys were prompt in coming to the office to checkout, the tv is yet to be repaired. The reason they give is that the mother board has gone bad and needs replacement, but the part is not available.

I am very surprised, being such a big company and that too japanese, how come they...

I went to guntur authorized service center to fix double lock safety mixture jar handle set. They collected total payment for handle set. But 2 days later when i went for collect it they fixed old parts like lock sets, base plate etc. Event they didn't inform the customers they fixing the remaining old parts. Without customer intimation how could they approach to fix remaining old parts, when they collection full payment for the set?...

We had purchased panasonic th-32es500d on 16th july 2017 from vijay sales, but almost when our warranty was getting over we started facing issue where intermittently sound goes off. Hence we had launched complaint and technician had visited and post checking he informed that it is cable issue and informed us to change the code used to connect setup box and tv. Hence we bought new cable but issue persisted. Also we have other tv at our home we interchanged the code same works fine in other tv but in panasonic tv we face issue....

Panasonic never bother about customer after sales service, they very much interested to pullout money from customer. Once you paid they never turn back and not even here your words. One person virendra singh bisht, voc - customer service - the name only available in mail, but never share any phone or contact details, just that mail says to advice to contact local area manager. What he will say, he never get any feedback from his office or ask ourselves to contact who written mail - person.
Very worst network and worst service, total net network. They simply move the ball to another, but...

Panasonic — panasonic washing machine breaking down frequently

I purchased a panasonic washing machine model: na-127vb3w01 bearing serial # 460654 on 11.2.2015

Last year, the machine broke down and it required replacement of the pcb. I paid over inr 12, 000.00 to get the pcb replaced. I was not returned the old pcb which was replaced and i did not receive any documentation that proved that the pcb was actually replaced.

The machine again broke down early this year and the repair engineer from the panasonic authorized service center again cited the same issue and mentioned that the pcb had to be replaced.

I had purchased above 6.8 kg washing machine on 25.01.2017.
This Panasonic product is under warranty for a period of 2 years from date of purchase. On 26th Nov this year I lodged a compliant for non functioning of spinning unit. Their technician came on 27th Nov and after checking he issued call report that spinning motor needs to be replaced. But even after 12 days, the same is not done. Dear team,

I had log the complaint on dated 29th sep 2018 about my panasonic led 32” tv power supply issue. And 2nd day your engineer mr. Gyanendra (Mobile no [protected]) come to my home, after checking he says major issue in led & he is tacken led with him and left the home. (Service center name – harsh enterprises navi mumbai)

After i had tacken follow up on every alternate day but no any response from engineer & service center also. Now 2 month completed for this case but still no any confirmation about my tv what is exact issue with him.

Purchased a fully automatic washing machine from panasonic around 8 years back. At the time of purchase (From reliance digital) we were assured of the service from panasonic. I purchased a panasonic microwave oven in 2016. Then it stopped working a month ago. I gave it for repair in a panasonic service center, then they came back with a quote of 3500 for transformer, 2000 for magnetron and 2700 for taxes and charges. As per panasonic website, the product with serial number nnct353b carries 3 years warranty on magnetron. The service executives withheld this information until i discovered it myself and now are refusing to cover it under warranty even when evidence has been produced. I purchased led on 13jun2017 in 45, 500/-, in just one year 6aug2018, that led board is damaged as per service person. On 14sep2018 board is replaced by panasonic technician. After that on 25aug2018 we faced same problem as per panasonic technician.. After that on 29oct2018, led again damaged..

I had submitted a Panasonic Trimmer Model ER-gy10 on 22nd of October 2018 in Panasonic authorized service center Venture Electronic, Market Jn., Thevally, Kollam, Kerala . Its Blade was not working properly, no other problem was there for the trimmer.
