I bought a Panasonic AC this October. within two months its started showing the error code "F-91". And cooling is also affected.
So I logged a complaint two days ago with ID-R[protected]. And one of the engineers visited my place and checked(Place-Tirupati, Chittoor district. Andhra Pradesh).
He opened the indoor unit and said he will come back with some nitrogen gas to check the leakage. He told me he will come within 1hour yesterday afternoon. Now 24 hours completed. No one comes to fix it. Not even updated me. I called thrice, they are telling the same answer that they will come in a moment. But no one is showing up.
This experience was not expected from reputed brands like Panasonic.
I am utterly disappointed with the improper service by Panasonic.
