AC Installation not Commenced yet

Bought Panasonic split ac from Flipkart, ordered installation facility too.
The ac arrived very quickly but I haven't received any communication regarding the installation. WHen rached to customer care (thrice), they always say they have raised a concern, and a technician will call me by 24 hours. It's been 4 days now. Still now word. Can't reach out to any customer care number now. All are not reachable....

Defective washing machine

I purchased a Panasonic Washing Machine Fully Automatic NA-F80X11CRB from Vijay Sales on 19 September 2024.

On 10 June 2025, an internal pipe broke during wash cycle and water leaked outside the machine flooding the place.

It took 2 days and much follow-up with calling customer care and serivce centre to finally get a technician to fix it.

Anchor Penta Switches Worst Quality

Complain for fully automatic washing machine

Badly unhappy with panasonic service

With the feeling of inconvenience, badly unhappy to inform your product. I’ve purchased Panasonic 43inch LED TV for Rs.65, 000/- (MODEL – TH 43EX600D) from Darling Digital World Chengalpet on 21-Nov-2017. Last month 5th Dec 2020 I got a Back light issue. air conditioner free service

Overcharging service charge for ac installation

Greetings,
On May 3rd, myself wrote to service head of Panasonic India regarding non-performance of captioned air conditioner model CS-ZU24ZKYF, product code-POS-AC INVERTER W/O PCB 4Y, set serial no 233PRJEDZU01733, AIRCON INVERTER 2.0 TON, purchase date 17/06/23.
Also having extended warranty coverage for 48 months. Vide contract no P12103729.
Myself is not satisfied with the performance of the product this summer. We are using 5 other ACs of Panasonic brand in the same house, without any complain.
During the last 3 weeks, 3 sets of engineers visited and tried their best to their satisfaction. I also cooperated and waited for satisfaction, but got no results.
I made complain by email to national service head but no response from his side till today.
Yesterday, I informed him that my complain will be escalated today to upper level and I need a positive solution.

    On March 31, 2024, I purchased a Panasonic 7-in-1 inverter AC on Flipkart from the seller. The product was delivered within two days and installed by the technician. However, the product stopped working the same day. I then filed a complaint with Flipkart via their customer support line. After a day, a technician came to check the product and informed me that the compressor of the AC was damaged. I was told that I should contact the seller for a replacement. I did the same and Flipkart asked me for the product picture and package box picture. I sent them all the details. After that, there was no response from either Flipkart or Panasonic. I asked for a refund, but they refused. I called multiple times, but they haven't taken any action. I spoke to Panasonic support and they said that our seniour would call me soon. After over 10 days, no one has taken any action. Please help me to resolve this problem as soon as possible. I paid 1450 rupees for the product and installation fees.

      My name is Pritpal Singh, I bought this one on 06/04/2023 whose shop name is Sargam Electronic which is in Jharkhand Jamshedpur. Service has been done 10-12 times since 06/04/2023, I am still not satisfied with this service, my air conditioner is still not working and My air conditioner is not cooling and making strange noises.

      My warranty is also about to end and no solution has been found till now. I have to change this air conditioner and get a new AC. Because if I do this service now then the problem will come after 2-3 days, so change my air conditioner. If I do not get any response to this mail or do not get any solution then I will file a police case against your company. I will also upload the review of your company on social media because I have complained many times both online and offline and this is my last complaint.
