On March 31, 2024, I purchased a Panasonic 7-in-1 inverter AC on Flipkart from the seller. The product was delivered within two days and installed by the technician. However, the product stopped working the same day. I then filed a complaint with Flipkart via their customer support line. After a day, a technician came to check the product and informed me that the compressor of the AC was damaged. I was told that I should contact the seller for a replacement. I did the same and Flipkart asked me for the product picture and package box picture. I sent them all the details. After that, there was no response from either Flipkart or Panasonic. I asked for a refund, but they refused. I called multiple times, but they haven't taken any action. I spoke to Panasonic support and they said that our seniour would call me soon. After over 10 days, no one has taken any action. Please help me to resolve this problem as soon as possible. I paid 1450 rupees for the product and installation fees.

Warranty card is totally wasted within one year the LED was replaced but that was of no use because the same issue occurred this time also now who is responsible for this???
