On May 3rd, myself wrote to service head of Panasonic India regarding non-performance of captioned air conditioner model CS-ZU24ZKYF, product code-POS-AC INVERTER W/O PCB 4Y, set serial no 233PRJEDZU01733, AIRCON INVERTER 2.0 TON, purchase date 17/06/23.
Also having extended warranty coverage for 48 months. Vide contract no P12103729.
Myself is not satisfied with the performance of the product this summer. We are using 5 other ACs of Panasonic brand in the same house, without any complain.
During the last 3 weeks, 3 sets of engineers visited and tried their best to their satisfaction. I also cooperated and waited for satisfaction, but got no results.
I made complain by email to national service head but no response from his side till today.
Yesterday, I informed him that my complain will be escalated today to upper level and I need a positive solution.

Panasonic India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Warranty card is totally wasted within one year the LED was replaced but that was of no use because the same issue occurred this time also now who is responsible for this???
