Panasonic Mobile — Not rectification of mobile hand set

Sir, I submitted my Panasonic Smart Mobile to Gorakhpur Service due to display problem on 05 Jun vide job sheet no KJASPUP312615PI3211 and EMI NO[protected], but after completion of 45 days there are no any responce from the company representative. As we know that mobile in these days act as the essential requirement and due to non availibility of mobile i am facing lot of problem.
