My folio number 1056-01-33683 in invalid Address: SITARA BANO brahmabarada jajpur pin 755005 near belal masjid [email protected] Hi I submit all document of my sk SHAKIL on behalf of my wife SITARA BANO she is death I smbit death certificate aadhar and membership certificate and passbook is mine. Only one mistake she is opening pancard club she give voterid there is my name is sk sakil after I change my name as SK SHAKIL as a nominee I am husband of SITARA BANO . So I correct my document after pancard club open now I smbit all document but now still showing in valid plse send my email as [protected]@gmail.com as on claim green invalid to valid my document I am the one of nominee only name correction .
